SastaDekho is a price comparison application that aggregates and displays real-time grocery prices from multiple quick commerce platforms including Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, JioMart, Swiggy Instamart, and Flipkart Minutes. The App is designed to help users make informed purchasing decisions.
SastaDekho is a free-to-use service. We do not sell products, process payments, or handle deliveries. All transactions occur directly between you and the respective grocery platform.

The "SastaDekho" name, logo, and brand identity are our proprietary assets. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or display them without our prior written permission.
Product names, brand names, logos, and trademarks of third-party platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, JioMart, Instamart, Flipkart Minutes) are the property of their respective owners. Their display in the App is solely for the purpose of price comparison and does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or partnership.
SastaDekho provides links and deep links to third-party grocery platforms to facilitate purchases. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any of these platforms.
Your interactions with third-party platforms are governed by their own terms of service, privacy policies, and return/refund policies. We are not responsible for:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within thirty (30) days, such dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
